The College at Southeastern and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary exist to train Great Commission-minded students to be ministers of the Gospel in whatever vocational calling they pursue. Southeastern is a Cooperative Program ministry of the Southern Baptist Convention.
Students are equipped through 40 different programs with degrees ranging from Certificate to Doctor of Philosophy, including our flagship degree, the Master of Divinity. Women are welcomed and encouraged to pursue the Lord’s calling through multiple disciplines and at any level.
Southeastern has two specific degree programs uniquely suited for women who desire to reach other women in various ministry contexts:
Master of Arts Ministry to Women
This flexible, two-year program prepares students for effective ministry through an elective-heavy course plan that fits their ministry interests. Generally, this program takes 2 years to complete.
Master of Divinity Ministry to Women
The Women’s Studies track within our flagship degree program prepares students for Christian ministry through rich theological training that includes a rigorous core curriculum. Generally, this program takes 3-4 years to complete.
